We're hiring a Service Engineer Level 3 to support our Gulf Coast operations-someone who thrives on structure, precision, and high-pressure technical environments.

If you're analytical, organized, and excel at solving complex mechanical and electrical issues while juggling changing priorities, this role is built for you. You'll work independently and on-site with customers across the Gulf Coast, performing advanced fault-finding, commissioning, and customer support-all while helping lead process improvements and team training.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and perform hands-on field MRO services on engines, controls, and related systems
  • Troubleshoot at the mechanical and electrical levels, interpreting and creating complex schematics
  • Provide high-level technical instruction to both customers and junior field engineers
  • Develop and implement control system diagrams
  • Train and support internal teams and customers on-site and remotely
  • Deliver in-house support for system testing and technical documentation
  • Act as a technical liaison for customers, ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards
  • Identify and recommend the correct products to meet customer needs (TAG support)
  • Commission standard control systems, small systems, and actuation assemblies
What You Bring
  • 4-6 years of field service experience with engines or mechanical/electrical systems
  • Trade School or Military Training Certificate (electrical or mechanical) required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with exacting attention to detail
  • High stamina, able to work long hours and adapt to rapidly shifting priorities
  • Factual, direct communication style with strong documentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading others or mentoring in technical settings
  • Proficiency in interpreting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics
  • Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid TWIC card
