Performance Health is seeking a Distribution Systems Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced application and technical support across all distribution applications and middleware. Demonstrate technical and functional skills including advanced troubleshooting, data analysis, code debugging, test scenario creation and business process enablement. Managed assigned incidents to meet defined service levels and support Technology Services Support Analysts with more complex issues.
This is a hybrid role working onsite at our Indianapolis distribution center 3 days per week and working from home 2 days per week.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring maximum warehouse management and distribution system availability and prompt and accurate remediation of complex issues
- Address and troubleshoot escalated issues and concerns across ERP, WMS & Distribution Systems.
- Leverage process analysis to identify opportunities to improve day-to-day operations
- Provides advanced WMS application and technical support to customers, partners and internal resources.
- Responsible for communicating and documenting actions taken to resolve product issues in the incident management system
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding established customer satisfaction ratings and other KPIs
- Proactively keeps business customer informed of how and when problems are resolved
- Liaise between Business and Technology to ensure connectivity to achieve collective objectives and project objectives
- Communicate incidents trends and project updates effectively to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the development team and vendors to resolve issues and improve our platform
- Participate in decisions regarding design and direction to meet business needs surrounding Box on Demand and Pick Path Automation / Robotics (Packsize, 6 River Systems)
- Work to improve system resilience -- including both failover and disaster recovery capabilities
- Proactively drive IT governance and de-risking initiative
- Requirements, Planning & Design for Key Strategic Capital Projects: Warehouse Management & Distribution Systems focus. Examples being Box-on-Demand, Robotics, Pick-path Automation
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support function addressing issues across a variety of platforms
- Experience managing and resolving complex technical issues
- 3+ years of experience working in and troubleshooting Manhattan WMS; prefer Manhattan SCALE experience
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel

- This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
