We are looking for an execution-driven Head of SaaS Platforms to lead a cross-functional organization responsible for developing and operating the software and infrastructure needed to deliver our products as scalable, secure, and compliant SaaS offerings.

This organization creates and operates service components and capabilities that enable Nokia product teams to create and deploy use case solutions at scale, relying on the SaaS platform for secure and reliable telco grade service quality using a SaaS subscription business model.


  • Lead a multi-disciplinary department of software developers, DevOps engineers, SREs, and commercial operations specialists.
  • Oversee security, privacy and ongoing compliance assurance in ISO27001, SOC2 Type II, CSA STAR, NIS2 and various regional/local regulatory requirements that apply to the services deployed and operated on the SaaS Platform.
  • Develop, Deliver and operate key components including:
  • State of the art DevOps practices based on Kubernetes
  • Crossplane-based infrastructure, services and application abstractions and compositions and automated provisioning for the environment, the platform services as well as the services and applications deployed on top.
  • A multi-tenant backend for resource lifecycle management, tenant isolation, and integration with core services (e.g., VPN, IAM, billing).
  • User interfaces and APIs for internal product onboarding and external customer self-service.
  • Operational tooling for operation, observability, SLA enforcement, cost tracking, and support.
  • Collaborate closely with architecture, product, and security teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles and governance policies.
  • Establish strong DevSecOps and SRE practices for high availability, scalability, and compliance.
  • Drive process maturity across onboarding, change management, incident handling, and commercial lifecycle operations.
  • Track record of leading software platform or internal developer platform teams in a cloud-native, kubernetes, product-oriented environment.
  • Capable of helping create and evolve APIs and capabilities using a TM Forum ODA framework that spans business, service, and resource layers.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, Everything as Code, DevOps, DevSecOps and multi-tenant SaaS operations.
  • Experience delivering platform services to internal product teams or B2B customers.
  • Acts as the bridge between strategic architecture and real-world implementation, ensuring alignment and delivery.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
