Job Title: Service Desk Technician Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

What You'll Be Doing As a Service Desk Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support, helping internal users resolve issues and maintain productivity. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing Tier 1 IT support via phone, remote tools, and chat for hardware, software, and network-related issues. * Troubleshooting problems related to Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and internal applications. * Creating, updating, and resolving tickets in the IT service management system. * Managing user accounts, including password resets, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding tasks using Active Directory. * Escalating complex issues to higher-tier support teams while maintaining communication with the end user. * Contributing to internal documentation and knowledge base articles. * Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions. What You Bring We're looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and ready to learn. The ideal candidate will have: * At least 6 months of IT support experience (internships, part-time roles, or academic labs are welcome). * Familiarity with: * Service Desk or Help Desk environments * Active Directory (user management, password resets) * * Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * A customer-focused mindset and a desire to help others. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * A high school diploma or equivalent (an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is a plus). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.90 - $20.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
