Reqs: BS comp sci, info sys, or rltd field + 5 yrs app dvlpmt exp in DB env using client/server tech. 4 yrs exp perfor app dvlpt wrk in telecom industry; exp w/ DB design in relational DB env. Exp w/ FCC USF funding progrms, i.e. High-Cost prog admn by USAC. Profic in Microsoft .NET, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Xamarin, PL/SQL, C, ProC, MS Access, & Crystal Reports; detailed task planning & estim using automated s/w. Knwldg of app & prog design using obj orient/structured design tech; construc’g & unit test’g prog in client/server relatnl DB env; Unit, integ, perf, & qlty assurance test techniq; Oracle, MS SQL Server db.
