Job Purpose

American Honda Finance Corporation is currently seeking a Consumer Response Systems Analyst for our Compliance department

This Analyst position is primarily responsible for maintaining AHFC's Consumer Response System (CRS) by collecting, processing, analysing, reporting, and coordinating the resolution of AHFC customer complaints to various entities including, but not limited to, the Department of Justice, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), state Attorneys General, and the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor AHFC's Consumer Response System (CRS) in alignment with the requirements of AHFC's regulators.
  • Ensure all consumer complaints are properly tracked, recorded, and analysed as well as ensuring the proper reporting so that complaints are appropriately resolved
  • Support the Compliance Management System by performing analysis of various CRS inputs, reporting and making recommendations
  • Provide day-to-day support of the AHFC Consumer Complaint Infrastructure
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in financial industry
  • Working knowledge of the indirect auto finance industry including originations, customer service, and collections
  • Working knowledge of automotive leasing including end of term processes
  • Analytical and operations analysis skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize workflow multiple assignments to ensure departmental deadlines are met in collaboration with Assistant Manager

Other Job Specific Skills

  • Working knowledge of AHFC databases including but not limited to CASS, Paperless Office Platform, Originate and Business Objects.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Workstyle: Onsite

Salary Grade Base Range: $64,480-$94,700

Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
