American Honda Finance Corporation is currently seeking a Consumer Response Systems Analyst for our Compliance department This Analyst position is primarily responsible for maintaining AHFC's Consumer Response System (CRS) by collecting, processing, analysing, reporting, and coordinating the resolution of AHFC customer complaints to various entities including, but not limited to, the Department of Justice, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), state Attorneys General, and the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
