Cardiovascular Sonographer

At Tulsa Cardiovascular Center of Excellence, we are a patient-centered private cardiology practice dedicated to diagnosing and treating cardiovascular and peripheral vascular disease. We combine cutting-edge technology with compassionate care to make a real difference in our patients' lives.

We are currently seeking a Cardiovascular Sonographer who is eager to learn, grow within our practice, and contribute meaningfully to improving patient outcomes.

Position Summary:
As a vital member of our imaging team, you will perform a variety of non-invasive cardiovascular ultrasound procedures, including echocardiography and vascular studies. You will work alongside experienced interventional cardiologists and advanced providers to ensure accurate diagnostics and quality care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform transthoracic, stress, and vascular ultrasound studies; TEE experience is a plus.
• Use color-flow and spectral Doppler to assess cardiac valves, chambers, and peripheral circulation.
• Prepare patients and equipment; monitor vitals and ensure patient comfort.
• Collaborate with physicians to support accurate and timely diagnoses.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Accurately document exams and upload to EMR.
• Support ongoing clinical education and quality improvement efforts.

• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program.
• RDCS, RCS, or RVT certification preferred (or eligible within 6 months).
• Experience with both cardiac and vascular imaging is ideal.
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and ultrasound principles.
• Excellent communication, patient care, and teamwork skills.
• A passion for learning and a drive to make a difference in patient lives.
