The Sr. Incident Analyst is responsible for being the point of contact for all outages, performance degradations, and incomplete functionalities that impact our clients. The scope of this job includes ownership of the incident bridge as well as gathering the action team to troubleshoot critical issues that require immediate action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead incidents end-to-end to minimize business impact and ensure visibility to the issue by setting up incident bridge chat groups and engaging domain contacts.

  • Proactively use monitoring tools to identify system issues and recommend suggestions for process improvements.

  • Oversee all post-incident activities, including facilitating post-incident meetings, gathering feedback, and creating client-appropriate RCAs to prevent recurrence.

  • Mentor peers by providing training, guidance, and strong examples of effective bridge and RCA meetings through accurate internal and external communications.

  • Assist in projects with leadership guidance.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Server Knowledge

  • Ability to understand server monitoring skills (New Relic)

Job Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed

  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
