What You'll Do

* This role represents ECS through collections efforts via phone, face to face, and e-mail and must meet weekly and monthly collections goals as outlined by management.

* Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, supporting professional staff, presenting to team and branch management, and advising the corporate accounting team.

* You will work with office staff to complete accounts receivable tasks, achieve collections goals, maintain proprietary databases, and prepare, revise, and submit documents and invoices.

* Other responsibilities may include performing general clerical duties such as sorting and distributing mail, copying, scanning, electronic filing, word processing, short-term front desk and administrative support, and other clerical tasks as assigned.


What We're Looking For

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Have an ability to multi-task and meet quotas and deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

The expected pay range for this role and location is $20.50-$23.50/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
