What you will Master in this Role:

• Learn our best-in-class safety protocols and procedures under guided supervision.
• Work side-by-side with seasoned operators to set up and run extrusion and adhesive laminators with precision.
• Learn how to identify, diagnose, and correct production defects in real time to become a master in quality control techniques.
• Shadow experienced staff to understand mechanical and web-handling issues-apply those lessons to resolve issues and become an experienced hands-on problem solver and troubleshooting expert.

Who is this Role for:

• Safety advocates with strong experience operating tools and equipment safely.
• Those with strong mechanical knowledge that like working with tools (rulers, gauges, calipers).
• Eagerness to learn - No lamination experience? No problem - prior general manufacturing experience preferred for role.
• Individuals that thrive working in a team environment that have strong communication skills and independent decision-making ability. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift cartons up to 50 lbs and assist with lifting 90+ lbs shaft/core combinations using a hoist system.
• Stand for extended periods and perform tasks like climbing, crouching, and reaching.
