Work Schedule	DAYS NEEDED: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Continued employment based on performance.
Job Description	This position provides support to the Human Resources and Payroll Department (as needed).
Primary Responsibilities	Primary responsibility: Front desk coverage Answer multi-line telephone Other duties: Routing mail, emails, and faxes Filing, copying, typing, sorting, and compiling various hard copy packets of information (as needed) Word processing and/or data entry are required (Word and Excel) Assist With Special Projects Running errands on campus (as needed) Other duties as assigned
Qualifications	Required qualifications include: Professional demeanor, ability to think critically and analytically. Good communication, organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, the ability to work independently, a positive attitude, good academic standing, and a willingness to learn. Dependability is extremely important. Confidentiality required.
