Start Date TBD Contract F-117A Maint & Logistics Support Salary Range DOE Posting Date 07/15/2025 Union No FLSA Status Exempt Shift Work Possible FT/PT Full-time Relocation No Travel Possible Job Summary: M1 is looking for a Production Supervisor Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Assists the Director of Maintenance in the successful execution of all maintenance activities with the F- 117A Maintenance and Logistics Support program IAW the Performance Work Statement * Ensures all maintenance activities are accomplished IAW the Performance Work Statement, Air Force Instructions, Technical Orders and company policies. * Reports to the Director of Maintenance * Ensures safety, operational excellence and the optimization of fleet readiness * Manages, directs, and supervises activities to achieve high performance and success. * Ensures personnel have obtained the necessary training and instructions to perform assigned duties. * Interfaces with internal and external customers. * Ensures that the contract is executed in a safe and efficient manner acceptable to the Government. * Provides guidance for workforce management on matters pertaining to employee hiring, termination, transfer, evaluation, training and disciplinary actions. * Attends applicable meetings as required. * Directs, plans, coordinates, controls, and evaluates operations and personnel. * Supports company business development efforts as needed. * Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional , and effective manner. * Represents the company in an appropriate professional manner in terms of attire, business courtesies, ethics, and customer culture. Qualifications and Experience: * A bachelor's/associate degree in an associated discipline is desired. High school is required. * Thorough understanding of USAF aircraft maintenance processes required. * Minimum 10 years of related experience in an aircraft and maintenance support environment, including 3 years in a managerial capacity. * Must fully understand quality control procedures. * Must speak, read, write, and understand English. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are required. * Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel * Must be able obtain/maintain the security clearance level as mandated by the government customer. * Must have a current valid US Driver's license. Working Conditions: * Position requires complying with unique commuting/travel requirement. * Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, or overtime shifts as required. * May work outdoors, sometimes in hot or cold weather.
