This role is primarily to fill in for absent full-time and part-time employees (as needed). No set number of weekly hours.

Shift: Rotating Shift- Will vary between the hours of 6:45 am - 7:00 pm weekly. 6:45 am - 3:15 pm or 11:00 am - 7:00 pm shift (based on the schedule needs). Rotating Weekends and Holidays are Required

GENERAL SUMMARY: Under general supervision receives visitors and patients, gives general information and directs them to the proper office or person; also sorts, processes and distributes all mail.

Responsibilities:

• Greets all visitors and patients, providing general information and directing them to the proper office or person.
• Handles phone inquiries regarding patients and services.
• Sorts, processes and distributes all incoming and out-going mail, including sending faxes as appropriate.
• May handle the sale of flowers and plants and is responsible for maintaining financial records of sales.
• Ability to access current patient information including room and visiting status.
• Coordinates the delivery of flowers and patient's mail.
• Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals; patients, vendors, physicians, staff members and the general public.| Math skills necessary to make change from flower sales.
• May assist leader with training, scheduling and coordination of associates.
• Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
