• Salary Range - $80,000 - $125,000
• Clearance - A successful candidate must have an active "Top Secret" clearance to be considered.

JOB TITLE: Counter Intelligence / Collection Manager

SUMMARY: Provide CounterIntelligence / Collection Manager support to a government agency - Fort Belvoir VA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write operational and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
• Demonstrate knowledge of Intelligence Collection Requirements (ICRS)
• Demonstrate knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) methods in furtherance of IIR report reviews
• Demonstrate experience with intelligence community reporting dissemination tools, including HOT-R or CHROME
• Demonstrate experience with human intelligence (HUMINT) and Counterintelligence (CI) activities
• Demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written)
• Conduct briefings and debriefings
• Perform other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong briefing skills / ability to present to small and large audiences

• Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization
• Must have TS/SCI Clearance
