As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a dual role as both leader and recruiter. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of recruiters as well as sourcing and recruiting the best talent. Tasks and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a highly efficient, customer-facing team of Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals who are knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, and client-focused. Ensure consistency in recruitment strategy and practices across the organization, aligning with the Talent Acquisition Strategy. Enable a team of recruiters by managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing their performance.
- Requisition Management: Manage a requisition load of 10-20 positions.
- Partnership: Collaborate with the Director of Talent Management to identify, evaluate, select, and leverage the most productive recruitment channels and tools. Aim to locate and present the best-qualified candidates using cost-effective methods.
- Consultation: Advise hiring managers on recruitment and talent mobility best practices to ensure talent acquisition drives the business to meet its goals.
- Metrics and Performance: Monitor, report, and drive talent acquisition metrics and performance (e.g., time to accept, client satisfaction). Analyze trends to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Data Analysis: Conduct critical analyses using business intelligence tools to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes, leading to profitability.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine and enhance the quality of search delivery and the diversity of candidate slates.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry best practices, employment trends affecting recruitment, and current employment legislation and policies.
- Process Alignment: Align regional processes, drive best practice standardization, promote accountability of metrics, and ensure the team meets recruitment goals.
- Culture Building: Instill a culture of positive recognition and continuous improvement throughout the Talent Acquisition team.
- Communication and Education: Prepare, communicate, and educate the organization on recruiting resources, systems, and procedures.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
Minimum Experience
- Overall Experience: At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, client consulting, or a combination of these fields.
- Client Management: Minimum of 4 years of experience in client management.
- People Management: Minimum of 1 year of experience in people management.

- Coaching and Performance: Demonstrated ability to coach teams to consistently deliver superior results.

- Adaptability: Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, databases, and internet applications. Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is a plus.
