Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic security team. This critical role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maturing our enterprise security posture across a diverse range of security solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern cyber threats and defensive strategies, with a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable security solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive security solutions for on-premise, cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and hybrid environments.
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate various security technologies and tools, including but not limited to: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, DLP, CASB, PAM, IAM, Network Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS), Vulnerability Management, and Application Security.
  • Develop and maintain security standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Lead security assessments, architectural reviews, and provide expert recommendations for security improvements.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to embed security best practices throughout the SDLC and IT infrastructure.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for security-related issues, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, actively participating in industry forums and continuous learning.
  • Oversee and participate in incident response activities, contributing to forensic analysis and post-incident remediation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of security posture through automation and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on security architecture and engineering across multiple security domains.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing security solutions across a variety of technologies and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, various security vendors).
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $117,312.00 - USD $147,909.00 /Yr.
