Job Description

Our Chesapeake, VA team, has an immediate need for a building receptionist. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in a similar capacity performing the primary responsibilities below:

* Monitor front office and building entrance to a secure building

* Answer multi-line phone system and supply information to callers

* Greet and badge customers/visitors

* Perform various clerical tasks as needed

* Accept mail and deliveries and distribute to employees

* Guide visitors/students to the training classrooms

* Schedule conference rooms

* Maintain, update, and distribute corporate phone list

* Make coffee and ensure lights are turned on

* Ensure common areas are well maintained

* Assist with special projects as needed

Job Requirements

* Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Candidate must be able to be in office everyday; Mon-Fri 8-5

*SECRET security clearance is required*
