What You Will Experience in This Role:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Total Rewards Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This role will play a key part in ensuring our compensation philosophy supports business objectives, attracts and retains talent, and reflects our commitment to Mission, Vision and Values.

Responsibilities:

Compensation



  • Implement, and manage competitive compensation structures, including salary ranges and incentive plans.
  • Lead the annual compensation planning process (merit increases and bonuses).
  • Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders on compensation guidance and offer development.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and reporting requirements. (e.g., pay transparency).


Benefits



  • Oversee the administration and optimization of employee benefits programs.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings based on market trends and employee feedback.
  • Manage relationships with external benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
  • Lead open enrollment and ongoing benefits education and communication campaigns.


Recognition & Well-being



  • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs that support a culture of performance, engagement, and appreciation.
  • Support the development of wellness and work-life balance programs aligned with employee needs and organizational values.


Total Rewards Operations & Analytics



  • Monitor total rewards trends and legislative developments to inform program design.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights on compensation and benefits metrics to leadership.



You have:



  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation design principles, benefits regulations, and industry benchmarks.
  • Experience managing complex programs across multiple geographies preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, ADP, or equivalent).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate technical concepts in a clear, people-first way.
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
