What You Will Experience in This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and people-centric HR Manager to join our team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner, leading employee relations efforts, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the effective execution of day-to-day HR operations. The HR Manager will oversee an HR team, including an HR Generalist and an HR Administrator, to deliver high-impact support across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Compliance



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing coaching and support to managers and employees.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or conflicts, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with legal requirements and company values.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and practices in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Advise leaders on performance management, corrective actions, and terminations.


Team Management & Development



  • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to the HR Generalist and HR Administrator.
  • Foster the professional growth and development of direct reports through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring high standards of HR service delivery.


HR Operations & Generalist Support



  • Oversee core HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and records maintenance.
  • Partner with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of employee changes and compensation data.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, improve programs, and drive decisions.


Strategic Support



  • Support the development and execution of HR initiatives and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership on other HR Partners around workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Participate in internal HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR team around internal employee communications.



You have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience in handling complex employee relations matters.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
