Overview One Network Enterprises (ONE), a Blue Yonder company, is the leader in supply chain autonomous planning, control towers, and provider of the Digital Supply Chain Network. ONE is seeking a Senior Facilities Security Officer to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring security policies and procedures related to Facility Clearance, conducting risk assessments, managing access control systems, and safeguarding classified and sensitive information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in corporate or facility security operations. What you'll do
  • Manage Personnel Clearance applications and maintain existing PCLs for employees, including CAC applications and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Interface with government customers on industrial security matters.
  • Oversee compliance and reporting related to FOCI mitigation under NISPOM.
  • Monitor and enforce facility security protocols, including access control, visitor management, and surveillance systems.
  • Train employees and contractors on industrial security policies and procedures, including handling classified information and CUI.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to identify security risks or breaches.
  • Maintain security documentation, including incident reports, access logs, and risk assessments.
  • Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms, coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary.
  • Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of security technology (e.g., CCTV, visitor kiosks, alarms, access control systems).
  • Collaborate with HR and Facilities teams on internal investigations, policy compliance, and security enhancements.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to security equipment and services.
What We Are Looking For:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active/current security clearance at the Secret level or higher; TS/SCI preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or related field preferred; OR equivalent work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a facility security role supporting government contracts or defense contractors.
  • In-depth knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA, DISS, NISS, and related federal security standards.
  • Experience conducting security training, audits, and investigations.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
  • This position may require standing or walking for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
  • May include evening, weekend, or on-call hours depending on operational needs.
  • Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in varying weather conditions.

The salary range of this position is $120,335 to $151,665.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
