Assistant Coach, Women's Soccer (PT)

Job Summary

This position will assist the Women's Soccer Coach with the organizing, planning and coaching of the Women's Soccer team. The ideal candidate is a former collegiate player who specializes in coaching goalkeepers and is looking for a career in college coaching.

Essential Functions

• Assist the Women's Soccer team during practices and games. Emphasis on session planning and collaborations with coaching staff. Coaching goalkeepers as the primary focus of duties.
• Assist with student-athlete development athletically and academically.
• Assist the head coach with other duties to ensure the success of the program such as fundraising, operations, and logistics. Assist in the coordination of team travel with other soccer and athletic department staff
• Follow all university, athletic department, NCAA, and CAA rules and policies.
• Assist in the planning and organization of on-campus recruiting and camps and clinics.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Former collegiate soccer player or coach and knowledge of coaching goalkeepers.

Additional Information

This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
