Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-driven Takeoff Estimator to join our team at a leading employee-owned mechanical commercial construction company based in Dallas. In this role, you will be responsible for processing quantity takeoff requests from detailed project drawings and interpreting specifications to ensure clarity and accuracy. You'll work closely with Estimators to support the development of precise, competitive cost estimates. Minimum Requirements High School or GED is required. 0-2 years of experience. Must have understanding of commercial building and trade specific codes and regulatory requirements.
