Almac Group is currently seeking a Production Team Leader for our Souderton, PA location. The Production Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of processes involved in the manufacture, packaging, and labeling of Almac Clinical Services production operations including JTM work orders. The Team Leader will be the point person for Production Supervisors and all Production personnel to assist with queries relating to operations, the production schedule and production employee needs. This role is for 3rd shift 11pm-7am Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead production supervisors in maintaining the Production Schedule, ensuring staff and physical resources are utilized in the most effective manner between all areas of production. Responsible for all production personnel involved in manufacture, packaging and labelling of Almac Clinical Services operations and JTM Work Orders. Collaborate with Production Management regarding work allocation, operational status, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity between shifts and production areas throughout a study/protocol (see all Production-related job descriptions). Act as Production SME in relation to SOP updates, improvements, CAPA, and business projects as required. Requirements:* Required Education: Associate's Degree or HS/GED with 2 years equivalent work experience Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Work Experience: 3 or more years production based leadership experience Preferred experience: Clinical trials Clinical supplies Pharmaceutical industry Required Knowledge: Prior work with and proven comprehension of technical documents General Pharmaceutical GMP and/or GDP and SOPs What can Almac Group offer you?
