About the Role

In this role as an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for the CTO, anticipating conflicts and proactively suggesting solutions

  • Plan and execute comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and expense management

  • Coordinate logistics for team offsites, all-hands meetings, and other large-scale events for the technology organization

  • Serve as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with discretion and professionalism

  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests, using sound judgment to determine urgency and appropriate routing

  • Take ownership of special projects and initiatives, bringing your own creative solutions to complex challenges

  • Leverage Al tools and emerging technologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency

About You

You're a fit for the Executive Assistant role if your background includes:

  • 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, ideally with a software/tech company

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Exceptional organizational and logistical planning skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working in ambiguous situations with minimal direction

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite {Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with Google Workspace {Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet) is highly desired

  • Experience working in communications, marketing, or other outward-facing roles is preferred

  • Familiarity with Al tools and willingness to incorporate them into daily workflows is highly desired

  • Tech-forward mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools and software

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $56,000 - $104,000.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
