Scope of the Position: Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets and customer segments. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers. * Support the execution of sales strategies, pricing tactics, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth. * Collaborate with independent sales representatives to ensure alignment with company goals and performance expectations. * Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent lead generation and follow-up. * Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new applications or sales channels. * Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to planning and reporting activities. * Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Skills and Attributes- Proficiency Required: * 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment. * Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. * Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus. * Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time. Education: * Bachelor's degree required; technical or engineering background preferred. * Equivalent commercial experience with technical products (e.g., heat exchangers) will be considered.
