*Job Responsibilities: *
* *Answering incoming calls:* Addressing customer inquiries related to health insurance plans, coverage, and benefits. * *Providing information:* Explaining policy details, coverage options, claims procedures, and network information. * *Resolving issues:* Addressing customer complaints, processing changes to policies, and resolving billing or payment issues. * *Guiding customers:* Helping customers navigate the health insurance system, understand their benefits, and find the right resources. * *Documenting interactions:* Recording call details, updating customer information, and maintaining accurate records. * *Transferring calls:* Routing calls to appropriate departments or individuals when necessary. * *Promoting customer satisfaction:* Ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving issues efficiently. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Submission Minimum Requirements: *Healthcare (Medical/HMO) *Call Center (phone) Experience *Medicare Experience/Knowledge *Problem solver, seeks challenges, research oriented. *Excellent soft skills *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
