Academy - Middle School Girls Soccer JV Coach

Lipscomb Academy is looking for a committed coach to lead the middle school girls JV soccer team. This role will collaborate with the Director of Soccer on practice planning and game strategy.

Duties of the Middle School Girls JV Soccer Coach:

• Planning and organization of practices
• Present during all home and away games
• Assist with lining of field if needed and pre-game setup
• Coordinate and direct team managers with pre and post game responsibilities
• Upload scores on social media on game days
• Maintain the highest order of professionalism and display the highest level of ethical and moral behavior at all times, including building positive relationships with athletes, coaches, parents, and the community
  
• Help create a Christ-centered environment and team culture of service to others that reflects the Lipscomb Academy Mission Statement
  
• Guide student-athletes in learning appropriate sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, personal responsibility, and competitiveness to all student-athletes
• Other duties as assigned by the Dir of Soccer.
