Printpack is seeking qualified candidates for a Supply Demand Analyst located in Atlanta, GA.

The purpose of this role is to lead day-to-day activities for Printpack US's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with a specific focus on building and synthesizing the long-term demand forecast for PPK US. This role will own critical demand-side inputs into the PPK US Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process, working with the PPK US Commercial Team to understand the long-term demand outlook for each customer. Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
  • Lead day-to-day activities for the demand side of the PPK US Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process. Drive demand-side alignment to PPK US's operating plans and supply outlook across the organization, ensuring all base forecasts, new business projections, and changes to demand are captured, communicated, and accounted for within the PPK US S&OP process.
  • Manage Ongoing, Real-time Updates to the PPK US Sales Forecast via OneStream. Interface with the PPK US Sales teams to understand changes to our base demand outlook for all customers and specifications, and make changes on a monthly basis in OneStream's Sales Ongoing demand forecast. Monitor our S&OP data infrastructure to ensure alignment in the demand signal, most critically between OneStream, Salesforce, and Sisense.
  • Monitor, understand, and ensure up-to-date information for all new Sales Opportunities (SSOs) in the PPK US Sales Funnel. Establish ongoing review routines with the PPK US Sales teams to understand the details of all SSOs in the US Sales Funnel, with a specific focus on Opportunities in Stage 3 or later, or with expected close dates in the next 6 months. Ensure all critical data tied to SSOs in Salesforce are captured, up-to-date, and accurate, with a focus on Onboarding and Close timing, Volume expectations, Producing Plant designations, Print and Lamination Processes, Additional Operations and Extended Gamut tags, and internal films needs.
  • Serve as the Point Person within the US Supply Chain and Operations Orgs to the New Business Onboarding Process. Coordinate with Commercial teams on timing and details of all key onboardings, and communicate details internally across functions. Identify any resource constraints for new business activity to highlight concerns with overloading any individual plants with new business activity, including trials, scale ups, and graphics processes as needed. Coordinate with CX Team on any enhancements to our Customer Onboarding process needed to support operational performance and data integrity within the S&OP process.
  • Coordinate with US Commercial and Sales Operations Teams on Enhancements to our Forecasting and New Business Processes. Serve as the "Voice of Operations" to the Commercial and Sales Operations teams, advocating for changes to our commercial systems and processes as needed to ensure accuracy of the data and maximum visibility for all key attributes of incoming new business.
  • Coordinate with other PPK US functions to ensure S&OP information is captured and used within other key operating processes, such as Workforce Planning (HR), Preventative Maintenance / Equipment Optimization (Mfg), Materials Procurement / Strategic Sourcing (Sourcing), and Financial Forecasting (Finance).
  • Own All Customer Demand-related Analysis to Support the PPK US Leadership Team, the S&OP Process, and PPK US's Operations Teams. Develop and distribute analytics based on PPK's various demand signals, including Forecast Accuracy and Volatility metrics, key forecast changes, and gaps between forecasts and live production demand captured via CRP signals and production history.
  • Provide analytics support to the Supply Chain organization, including to the Customer Service group via Sisense reporting and ownership of the Forecast Analytics platform and to the Materials Management and Operations Planning functions as needed.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supply chain, manufacturing or business analytics field; relevant Printpack experience preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of Printpack US's business, especially our Commercial and Operations Planning / Customer Service processes
  • Understanding of external best practices in S&OP / Capacity / Demand management
  • Collaborative team member skilled at influencing across a diverse organization
  • Deep expertise in Excel, JD Edwards, and Sisense
