As a Senior Organizational Change & Learning Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving change management and learning strategies across ASML's prioritized initiatives and transformation programs at our San Jose site. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, sector academies, and leadership to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working, while building change and learning capabilities across the organization.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Lead the change management and learning components of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Act as a business partner to local change initiative team to align on learning and change strategies.
- Define and execute interventions to mitigate change management risks and ensure successful adoption.
- Translate business needs into effective learning and knowledge management solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning journeys and change adoption plans.
- Functionally manage the local CCLT (Change, Communication, Learning, and Team development) plan.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across sectors and global initiative teams.
- Work with local and global subject matter experts to deliver impactful learning solutions.
- Support leadership in their role as change agents and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business, technical, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management and/or learning and development in a large, matrixed organization.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs in a technical, cross-cultural environment.
- Familiarity with learning methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, 5 Moments of Need) and change management frameworks.
- Knowledge of Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
- Experience in communication and stakeholder engagement is advantageous.

Other Information

  • This position is located on-site in San Jose, CA .It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
  • A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).
  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

$128,625-171,500

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
