Sonoco is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in our Granite Falls location! We are looking for energetic and dedicated employees who have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will be trained on the latest technology to assemble high quality wood reels while working in a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities: * Assembling wood reels * Maintaining all equipment to keep it running smoothly * Working as part of a team to meet production goals * Conducting regular quality checks to ensure product specifications are met * Troubleshooting issues that arise during operation * Participating in continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste Qualifications: * Ability to read and write English * Basic math skills * Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Availability to work overtime as needed (both during the week and on call) * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally move up to 100 pounds or more with assistance * Comfortable with standing, sitting, and moving around the warehouse We offer competitive pay, generous benefits, and an opportunity to advance your career through outstanding internal development opportunities.
