This position is accountable for managing the location's day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office in a fast-paced manufacturing plant environment. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities for all implementation and administration of human resource programs including but not limited to the following: 1. Prioritize and coordinate a wide variety of tasks and activities of the Human Resource department which may include personnel, medical records, job evaluations and benefits administration 2. Assist in the administration of employee compensation programs. 3. Provides job analysis, resolving compensation questions and issues. 4. Evaluates and compares existing compensation programs through surveys, research and analysis to ensure plans are competitive and effective. 5. Utilizes HR resources for various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel 6. Responsible for Worker's Compensation claims, cases, eligibility reports, etc. 7. Assists in development and implementation of policies and procedures 8. Ensure EEO, Affirmative Action are in place, properly executed and in legal compliance. 9. Administration of all employee pension calculations. 10. Prepares hourly and salary wage administration/structures 11. Prepares reports, presentation materials, for review and approval by Manager. 12. Maintain confidential records (interface with Payroll) 13. Review and assure compliance with Federal and state statues as it affects employee benefits. 14. Develop and maintain a system of procedures to administer the employee fringe benefit program, including health care plan. 15. Oversee the reconciliation of health plan monthly eligibility reports. 16. Employee Relations skills required 17. Perform all other duties as assigned by management. Job Description

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $64,000 to $96,100 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
