Apply Keck School of Medicine Los Angeles, California The Laboratory of Immunoregulation in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine seeks a Research Technician I position to join its multi-disciplinary research team. Under direct supervision, the technician will assist in various research projects to understand molecular mechanisms of innate immunity and treatment of infectious diseases, auto-immune disorders, and cancer. The position will require rodent animal handling and occasional flexible work hours to meet the demands of the experimental protocols and processing timelines. Responsibilities:
This is a gift-funded position. Hourly range: Minimum Education: High school or equivalent, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 0-12 months, Combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience Minimum Field of Expertise: Ability to follow detailed instructions, oral and written Preferred Qualifications: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in biological sciences or related field * Experience with cell biology laboratory techniques is desired * Experience with general laboratory equipment is required * Excellent organizational skills and time management skills * Previous animal handling experience in research field is preferred REQ20164680 Posted Date: 07/20/2025 Apply |
