Exceptional benefits! Join Our Team as a Phlebotomist - Where Compassion Meets Precision! Are you passionate about patient care and skilled in drawing blood? We're looking for a detail-oriented, patient-focused professional to join our healthcare team. As a Phlebotomist, you'll play a critical role in supporting diagnostics and treatment by collecting and processing blood specimens with care, accuracy, and empathy. What You'll Do: Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws using various methods (vacuum tubes, syringes, butterfly needles, heel/finger sticks). Explain procedures to patients, ensuring comfort and addressing concerns-especially during challenging or first-time draws. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and assist in recovery if needed. Ensure the safe and proper disposal of sharps, biohazard fluids, and tissue in accordance with health and safety regulations. Accurately enter patient, specimen, insurance, and billing information into electronic systems. Why Join Us?
