Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Integrations Specialist reporting directly to the IT Integrations Manager. The IT Integrations Specialist will provide technical support and coordinate projects for the IT Integrations team, ensuring timely completion of integration tasks related to acquisitions. Requires a self-motivated candidate with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Limited domestic travel to nationwide offices is required. Responsibilities
- Apply project coordination knowledge and skills to document, track, and report on the progress of all integration projects.
- Coordinate internal/external communications between individuals that play a key role in assigned projects.
- Participate in due diligence meetings and other activities that advance the collection, analysis, and processing of information and data pertinent to the integration process.
- Provide support to acquired companies, as needed, and maintain regular contact and follow-up throughout the integration phases.
- Support the IT Integrations Manager providing updates to issues, duties, responsibilities as assigned.
- Act as the team's point of contact, while assisting/maintaining detailed project documentation.
- Communicate between IT teams and other departments.
- Investigate and analyze business processes, procedures, and systems.
- Assist lead Project Manager with planning and coordination of all concerned business projects.
- Develop and prepare status and management type reports concerned with integration phases, ensures that these system processes needed for the business to function are running smoothly.
- Identifies, plans, and executes integration strategies.
- Ensures ongoing monitoring of all integration initiatives using project management utilities.
- Participate in the planning, design, implementation, and support of a variety of complex applications and integrations.
- Identify the impact of changes in systems, applications, and related integrations of both internal and target companies.
- Play a key role in the transition of the target companies IT support staff. Identify any challenges or problems within target companies support staff, that we may need to address prior or during transition.
Qualifications
- Basic / minimum education requirement to perform the job: BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
- Relevant years of IT experience required to perform the role: 5+ years.
- Technical Knowledge/Expertise- Continually learn and apply applicable standards, procedures, trends, technology, and criteria to successfully perform the functional responsibilities of the position.
- Relationship Management- Possess and demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships which support the success of the company.
- Business Acumen- Knowledgeable in best practices, trends, information, and other influences that affect CED and the environment in which we work, to maintain our position as an industry leader.
- Communication- Possess and demonstrate the ability, skills, and initiative to exchange information effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
