Position Title: Shipping
Wage: $17-19/hour DOE Shift: 1st Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Shipping role for a company in Springfield, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Shipping Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Work with a team to operate various machines to move, fabricate, prep, and clean materials - Comply with safety, quality, and productivity requirements and procedures - Prepare work to be accomplished by reviewing production orders and parts lists, gathering parts and materials - Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies - Verify specifications by measuring components to ensure perfect fit - Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance - Maintain safe and clean working environment, conserve resources, and follow established procedures - Forklift operations to load/unload trucks Shipping Requirements: - Familiarity with computer software in relations to shipping such as FedEx, UPS, and LPL - Ability to use the computer and work in Microsoft Office functions as well as shipping software QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
