Office Assistant

Office Assistant is needed for a busy law office in West Allis, WI. Hours are flexible between the hours of 8: 00 A.M. and 4: 30 P.M., Monday through Friday. $19.50 an hour. Willing to train the right person. Resumes are required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones in a professional/ courteous manner. Must be able to use a multi-line phone, transfer phone calls to designated person and take detailed messages if needed.
• Dealing with Conservatee clients and is in charge of the Conservatee Department.
• Good customer-service skills are required. You will be the front-person who will have daily interaction with the public.
• Must be able to problem solve and work independently after being trained.
• Must be organized, detailed-oriented and adhere to deadlines.
• Must be willing to be cross-trained to assist with other areas of law such as debt collection, personal injury, and probate estates.
• Must have typing skills. Knowledge of Quickbooks is helpful. Prior law office experience is helpful.

Salary/Compensation: $19.50 per hour
