JOB POSTING Position: Laborer The Stormwater Authority of the City of Chester is seeking to fill two full-time openings for the position of LABORER. Experience is a plus. Applicants possess a valid drivers license. Laborers are expected to perform tasks related to the maintenance and repair of stormwater infrastructure including drains and inlets. Must be willing to work after hours, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
