The successful candidate will be required to service (H.V.A.C. Preferred), plumbing, and electrical equipment, perform general repairs, site grounds maintenance, and other duties as directed by the Director of Facilities. H.V.A.C., plumbing, waste and domestic water, and electrical certificates and experience preferred.
