Manager -- Contingent and Professional Services
The Contingent and Professional Services Sourcing Manager develops and implements strategies to source and manage contingent labor and professional services function across the enterprise, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance while building strong supplier relationships.
Manage the lifecycle of contingent and professional services resources, from onboarding to offboarding. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Monitor and evaluate the performance of contingent & professional services resources and suppliers. Analyze sourcing data to identify trends and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Centralized Management: Oversees the execution of contingent & professional services function and associated activities enterprise wide.
- Sourcing and Procurement: Identifying, recruiting, and managing contingent workers and professional service providers.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking and evaluating the performance of both contingent and professional services staff.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies related to contingent and professional services.
- Vendor Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers of professional services.
- Responsible for managing direct reports (hiring and performance management of resources) supporting the execution of related processes.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Management Information Systems or 4 years of relevant experience
- 7 years of experience in management of procurement/sourcing processes
- 7 years of experience in contract negotiations
- 7 years of experience in analytical and communication skills
- 7 years of experience in interacting professionally with senior level management
- 7 years of experience in managing in a high pace environment
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
