Description These resources will be supporting mobile device management (MDM) for iPhone and android devices for bank employees. These resources must be good with clients ** They will be working with employees and helping them to troubleshoot issues so they need to be comfortable and personable. If helpdesk can't solve problems it is escalated to this Level 2 Team. Remedy ticketing experience L2 support Skills Support, Mobile device, Troubleshooting hardware Top Skills Details Support,Mobile device,Troubleshooting hardware Additional Skills & Qualifications * Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking. * Must be detail oriented and organized. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proven ability to work independently, multi-task and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure. * Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment. * Experience with Mobile Device management (ie, Microsoft Intune, Blackberry, or Workspace One). * Familiarity with core Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Skype for Business will be helpful * Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra a plus. * Knowledge of PowerShell scripting a plus. * Splunk and/or Dynatrace knowledge to analyze logs for troubleshooting a plus Experience Level Intermediate Leve Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
