*Location: *Hybrid - Dallas/Ft. Worth *Length:* 6 month contract, extension and conversion possible *Description* We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to serve as the critical liaison between our capital projects team and the IT department, ensuring seamless integration of radiology modalities and connectivity to our PACS systems. This role will manage the full life cycle of capital project IT requests-from initial submission through vendor coordination, technical troubleshooting, and final testing. Key Responsibilities: *Act as the primary point of contact between the capital projects team and IT for modality-related IT requests. *Manage the end-to-end life cycle of capital project requests including tracking, coordination, execution, budget management and closure. *Coordinate with medical imaging vendors and internal IT teams to facilitate connectivity setup of radiology modalities to PACS. *Plan and oversee connectivity testing, issue management, and ensure successful integration before project sign-off. *Maintain clear communication and documentation for all project phases, including schedules, deliverables, and vendor coordination. *Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to align IT deliverables with overall capital project timelines. *Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies related to medical imaging IT. *Travel as needed (up to 25%) to various outpatient imaging centers for onsite coordination, vendor meetings, and testing. *Provide periodic status reports and escalate risks or delays as appropriate. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Project Management, or related field preferred. *3+ years of experience coordinating IT projects in a healthcare setting, preferably related to radiology or medical imaging IT. *Knowledge of radiology modalities, PACS systems (Intelerad & Visage), DICOM standards, and connectivity requirements strongly preferred. *Proven ability to manage complex project requests involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. *Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-through. *Experience working with vendors and coordinating technical troubleshooting and testing activities. *Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 25%) *Familiarity with healthcare regulations and IT compliance standards (HIPAA, HITECH) a plus. *Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
