Job Title: Transportation CSR Location: 2112-1 Enrico Fermi Dr., San Diego, CA 92154 (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (subject to change) Role & Responsibilities: Communicate and resolve both major and minor operational issues. Support Transportation Management (TM) operations. Monitor and ensure on-time delivery against Requested Delivery Dates (RDD) and scheduled appointments. Handle customer service responsibilities including track and trace activities. Manage and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to transportation. Monitor and track shipments, verify in-transit information, and manage customer appointments. Provide monthly updates to customers regarding shipment status and delivery performance.
