The successful Sales Development Manager will handle all the leads received with precision, following the City Cruises sales process while driving maximum revenue per lead. Also, we will exhibit strong sales acumen, with the ability to thoroughly understand guests' needs, pitching the most appropriate cruise experience and following up on all leads and opportunities to close. This position may also require prospective outreach to a new clientele, across all our group markets. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
