Are you a licensed Class A CDL Driver looking for a local delivery position that keeps you close to home and on the move? We're hiring an experienced driver to join a reliable and growing team in Lebanon, TN, running short-haul routes within a 250-mile radius. If you're ready to put your skills to work behind the wheel of a day cab and make consistent weekday deliveries, this role is made for you.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience

  • Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM start

*This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for drivers who are safety-focused, dependable, and ready to start a route of their own after just 3 days of paid training.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating a day cab with dry van trailer
• Handling touch freight using a pallet jack or dolly and liftgate
• Delivering general freight on local routes (within 250 miles)
• Lifting up to 75 lbs and following casual dress code standards

What You'll Need:

• Class A CDL with at least 1 year of verifiable experience
• Valid DOT Medical Card and a clean MVR
• Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
• No more than 3 combined violations or accidents in the last 3 years
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
