Where you'll be:

This position will be based in Anderson, South Carolina.

All about the role:

The role of the Reliability Leader is to identify and mitigate risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. The Reliability Leader provides leadership and technical expertise in support of the asset management plan implementation and associated practices, ensures maximum equipment reliability at minimum life cycle cost. This self-driven, self-motivated individual works equally well independently or as a part of a team.

What you'll do:

  • Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, mechanical, electrical, control, and safety/security systems.

  • Defines, develops, administers, and refines the asset management plan, maintenance plan, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

  • Supports the capital project process to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.

  • Guides design to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment and processes.

  • Be competent with data analysis techniques andwith the implementation of Predictive/Maintenance Methods/Technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multiple areas of maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and CMMS / EAM / ERP optimization.

  • Certification in reliability: (CMRP, CRL, etc.) preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supervising a team and 5 years mechanical experience.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Must have an understanding of the RCM process, failure mode identification, cause and effect analysis, determination of probability, and consequence of failures; the use of FMEA, RCFA decision logic, and writing tasks to mitigate identified failures.

  • Have a solid knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, and repair.
