We are seeking two Principal Program Management Managers, Data Engineering to oversee the development of an organization-wide portfolio of data capabilities, ensuring responsive and high-quality data for business needs. Responsibilities Own the relationships with multiple Data Engineering stakeholders within the Marketing organization, and be the bridge between business teams and Data EngineeringDeeply understand the business strategy and needs of our customers, and continuously identify opportunitiesLead a team to define technical requirements based on business specifications, build data capability roadmaps, create data quality and monitoring requirements, collaborate with Data Engineers to implement successful solutions and influence and negotiate with partner stakeholders for cross-team dependencies impacting roadmapsDeliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caringFoster a culture of agility, innovation, and customer-focus within the teamEmbody our Culture and Values |
