MSH is seeking a dedicated and reliable technical professional for a temporary assignment with demonstrated expertise in technical support, desktop systems management, operating system deployment, network security, and daily IT operations.

The IT Senior Associate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and service to end-users across both new and existing systems and technologies. Reporting directly to the ITS Manager, this position collaborates closely with other IT team members to ensure MSH's systems are consistently maintained, services are delivered efficiently, and the overall end-user experience is continually enhanced, particularly in areas such as service delivery and knowledge sharing

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking fundamentals, account management, video conferencing solutions, printers, office software suites, cloud-based business applications, and end-user setup and support

Preferred:

  • Familiarity and experience with ITIL service operations principles, including incident and event management, service request fulfilment, delivery, as well as problem and change management processes
  • Certifications such as A+, Google Apps, and Microsoft are highly desirable

Experience

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mid to large enterprise environment in an information technology role providing global user support for office technologies.
  • Ability to operate under a flexible schedule and manage tasks independently with limited supervision.
  • Capacity to learn and retain information efficiently and collaborate effectively with users at various skill levels.
  • Proficient customer support and communication skills.
  • Experience with the MS O365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Intune, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows 10 & 11, O365; training certification is advantageous.
  • Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting MS Windows and other office software and applications.
  • Familiarity with office and cloud-based technology infrastructure, including networks, LAN/WAN, wireless, DHCP, DNS, VPN, voice systems, printers, copiers, and basic network configuration and troubleshooting.

Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in articulating technical concepts in clear, accessible terms for users
  • Meticulous attention to detail with an emphasis on optimizing the end-user experience
  • Established track record of analytical thinking and effective problem resolution
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience contributing to and collaborating within team-oriented professional settings
