Does this sound like you? The Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, in-room dining, banquets, and culinary operations. This hands-on position provides consistent oversight of both front-of-house service delivery and back-of-house kitchen execution, ensuring a luxury guest experience in accordance with brand standards. This role partners closely with culinary, service, and stewarding teams to drive excellence in service, quality, and operational efficiency, while maintaining a strong presence on the floor and supporting the team in exceeding guest expectations. For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually; for applicants who will be working in New York, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually.
