Position Overview: Under the direction of the Cash Manager and the Cash Management Supervisor, the Treasury Analyst assists in managing the mobilization and flows of daily cash, including especially controlling external accounts, handling domestic and foreign wires, and settling Securities. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordination, execution and dispatch of incoming and outgoing wire transfers including, as necessary (50%): Interbank transfers, free form wires, template wires, branch-initiated wires, draw downs, foreign wires, both USD and foreign currency Helps to manage the activity in all PGFG cash accounts including (15%): The Federal Reserve (including Reserve Requirement) The Federal Home Loan Bank New York (including borrowing and payback), Wells Fargo Monitors for funds transfer fraud and OFAC violations. Collaborates with the Compliance Department as necessary (10%) Develops accounting entries for correspondent banks (5%): Borrowings from the FHLB, Federal Reserve and federal funds from correspondents The Reich & Tang fee and interest expense, throughout the month as required. Foreign exchange wires done via Wells Fargo CEO Manual entries as necessary for client wires and fees Provide back-up accounting for finance staff on leave Maintains cash planning, analysis and reporting to measure and monitor efficient operations and liquidity volatility risk Assists in managing the pledging of securities collateral for the Federal Reserve and Federal Home Loan Bank Performs client service by supporting the money transfer needs of Private Bankers, Treasury Services, Commercial Bankers and Branch Managers Provides collateral management support to the manager of the Investment Portfolio to settle securities sales and purchases Requirements: Prior experience with bank cash management and wire transfers Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of Accounting Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of Jack Henry Silverlake (Xperience), Fedline (FRB), FHLB (1Link and 1LinkSK for collateral), Synergy. Preferred: Knowledge of OFAC Working knowledge of SWIFT Experience settling Securities Benefits Overview: We offer a competitive compensation package, a generous paid time off program, comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, maternity/paternity leave, a hybrid work environment (for most roles), education reimbursement, wellness programs and more. The approximate pay range for this position is $46,042, to $58,000, plus an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.
