Wire Transfer Specialist

General Description:

This full-time position is responsible for processing and verifying incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers in accordance with internal policies, banking regulations, and established procedures. This role ensures the secure and timely execution of wire transactions, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains accurate transaction records. Additional responsibilities include daily account reconciliation, responding to wire-related inquiries, supporting Treasury Services, and assisting with other projects as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to successfully navigate various software platforms is essential. A dependable, self-motivated work ethic and a commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance are also critical to success in this role.

Educational Requirements:

Educational requirements include a minimum of an Associate's degree, or at least four years of related experience and/or training in a financial services setting. Relevant experience should include wire transfer processing, Treasury Services, or a call center background in the banking industry.
